RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We take great care in crafting and shipping our products, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered — unless the item is:
Damaged in transit
Incorrect (wrong product shipped)
To be eligible for a resolution, please email us at customercare@jayporebotanicals.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and invoice
A brief description of the issue
Requests sent beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
After verifying the issue, we will:
Ship a replacement, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method (usually within 7–10 business days)
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
Minor leakage or packaging dents that do not affect product quality
Incorrect address entered at checkout
Products used or tampered with
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
To cancel an order before dispatch, email us at customercare@jayporebotanicals.com as soon as possible with your order number.
